Denmate is a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand selling premium pet beds. The business needed a structured acquisition approach that could move beyond inconsistent traffic and create a repeatable path from product discovery to purchase. The commercial goal was straightforward: increase sales while keeping acquisition costs controlled as campaign activity expanded.

Monthly Revenue Reached
The challenge was not simply getting more people to see the product. Denmate needed a system that could convert social media attention into purchases consistently enough to scale.
Traffic volumes were not yet predictable enough to support sustained ecommerce growth. There was no established framework for determining when campaigns were ready for additional budget and when they still required optimization.
Increasing spend without improving targeting, creative, and conversion efficiency risked raising acquisition costs instead of revenue. Performance data across platforms required careful monitoring to understand which campaigns, audiences, and creatives were actually producing results.
The campaign focused on finding repeatable purchase efficiency before increasing investment.
Conversion-Focused Meta Campaigns. Campaigns were structured around purchase intent and conversion behavior rather than reach alone. Creative and Messaging Optimization. Product imagery, ad copy, offers, and audience combinations were continuously tested to identify the strongest purchase-driving combinations.
Funnel Optimization. The click-to-purchase journey was reviewed and refined to reduce friction and improve conversion efficiency. Audience Testing. Audience segments were compared against purchase behavior so stronger groups could receive more budget while weaker targeting was refined.
Controlled Budget Scaling. Budgets were increased incrementally around proven performance instead of being scaled before campaign efficiency was established. Continuous Refinement. Campaign performance was monitored regularly, with targeting, messaging, creative assets, and budget allocation adjusted around actual results.
The campaign developed into a significantly more efficient purchase-acquisition system. Across the reported campaign activity, Denmate recorded more than 6,111 purchases at roughly $0.31 per purchase. During the scaling phase, the business reached more than $20,000 in monthly revenue.
Additional performance: 30,203 page views, 5,828 funnel clicks, 238,305 impressions, and 130,108 reach.
